The journal covers actual issues of practical neurology. Along with original articles, lectures, and reviews of the literature there are published clinical discussions of diagnostically complicated cases. The large attention is paid to the neurological complications of somatic diseases, border neuropsychiatric disorders, Pediatric Neurology, neurogeriatrics. Original Papers, Lectures, Book and Literature Reviews, Case Reports, Meeting Notices, News from Congresses, Conferences and Simposia in Russia and Abroad, Management of Neurological Service, Abstracts, etc., are featured.
Special emphasis is given to neurological complications of somatic diseases, borderline neuropsychiatric conditions, pediatric neurology, neurogeriatrics, modern diagnostic procedures. The journal's aims are to provide practitioners with new information on diagnosis and treatment of nervous diseases. It is intended for neurologists and specialists of the related fields. There are highlighted modern methods of instrumental and laboratory diagnostics.
The journal presents information on upcoming and held congresses, conferences and symposia in Russia, abroad and covers issues of organization of neurological care. There are published abstracts of the most important reports that have appeared in other journals, and reviews on monographs coming out.
