ОСТРАЯ ЖИРОВАЯ ДИСТРОФИЯ ПЕЧЕНИ У БЕРЕМЕННЫХ: ИНТЕНСИВНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ И АКУШЕРСКАЯ ТАКТИКА

В статье представлены клинические рекомендации (протоколы лечения), посвящённые острой жировой дистрофии печени у беременных, рожениц и родильниц. Рассмотрены вопросы диагностики, дифференциальной диагностики, интенсивной терапии острой печёночной недостаточности, особенностей ведения беременности, родов и послеродового периода. Представлена модель пациента и варианты лечения с оценкой их результативности.
