ELECTROMYOGRAPHIC EVALUATION OF A NEW SOVIET RELAXANT DIADONIUM WITH THE AID OF A NEURO-MUSCULAR BLOCK INDICATOR

Abstract
The influence of a new Soviet relaxant Diadonium on the neuromuscular synapse has been studied in 42 children with the aid of induced stimulation electromyography. With this object in View the authors used a Soviet indicator of neuro-muscular block (INMB-1), which enabled to follow the relaxant’s action during operation. Investigations carried out show that Diadonium is an antidepolarizing relaxant of short duration.
