Лечение больных раком большого дуоденального сосочка

Рак большого сосочка двенадцатиперстной кишки характеризуется выраженной гистологической и иммунофенотипической гетерогенностью, что отражается на течении и прогнозе заболевания. Современный выбор лечения больных раком большого дуоденального сосочка основывается на этих различиях. В обзоре предлагаются данные литературы по хирургическому и комбинированному лечению. Также представлен собственный опыт авторов по данному вопросу.
