Abstract

To date, much attention is paid to the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of surgical methods for patients with combined lesions of various parts of the cardiovascular system. Particular importance in this case is the strategy of differential selection of patients for combined and terminal surgical interventions. The most common are patients with a combined lesion of coronary and brachiocephalic arteries. In most cases, such patients undergo carotid endarterectomy and coronary artery bypass surgery. Meanwhile, prosthetics of the aortic arch branches and coronary bypass surgery is extremely rare. In this article, we present the case of a successful combined operation of brachiocephalic trunk with a synthetic explant BASEKS and coronary artery bypass on pump using a transsternal access.
