РЕДКИЙ ВАРИАНТ ТЕЧЕНИЯ ЛАНГЕРГАНС-КЛЕТОЧНОГО ГИСТИОЦИТОЗА ЛЁГКИХ

Описана история болезни пациентки с редким заболеванием: гистиоцитозом из клеток Лангерганса с поражением лёгких. Интерес в описанном случае заключается в том, что заболевание вначале трактовалось как гиперчувствительный пульмонит. И только после гистологического исследования и иммуногистохимического изучения биопсийного материала был установлен правильный диагноз.
