Sanitary-hygienic assurance of the production of the sugar manufacture

Abstract

Bactericidal preparations currently used in the beet sugar manufacture, fail to provide the required microbiological purity of the finished product. Experimentally there was proved the feasibility of an application of the new preparation on the base of dichloroisocyanuric acid at initial stages of the production. There is proposed a combined physical-chemical method of the process water purification with the use of impulse magnetic treatment and various sorbents.
