DISCOORDINATION OF IMMUNE PROCESSES DUE TO THE GENETIC DEFECT INHIBITOR С1 - COMPONENT OF THE COMPLEMENT SYSTEM
The complement system, as a factor of multilevel immune response system, connects the innate and adaptive immune response together. Meanwhile, changes complement-mediated immune processes in terms of their genetic inconsistency are hardly explored. As a result of the analysis of quantitative and functional parameters of a systemic immune response in 15 patients with HAE I type it is shown that in the conditions of failure of regulation of cascade complement components, a disregulation of other immune response factors is formed. Manifestation of discoordination is intensification of the effector functions of the cellular components of innate and acquired immunity, cytokine imbalance. It should be noted that the degree of expression of changes in immune processes is connected with a clinical manifestation of the development of bradykinin-induced edema.
