ОШИБКИ ПРИ ВЕДЕНИИ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С РЕМИТТИРУЮЩИМ РАССЕЯННЫМ СКЛЕРОЗОМ

В настоящее время распространённость рассеянного склероза возрастает. При естественном течении заболевание в подавляющем большинстве случаев приводит к инвалидизации. Сейчас имеется целый ряд препаратов, позволяющих в значительной степени изменять течение болезни, замедляя её прогрессирование. Однако нередки ошибки в диагностике рассеянного склероза, а также в подборе соответствующего препарата для проведения патогенетической и симптоматической терапии. В представленной лекции рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся показаний к назначению различных современных средств для наиболее эффективного контроля заболевания, а также типичные ошибки при диагностике и лечении рассеянного склероза.
