Аннотация
В обзоре авторы рассматривают методы комплементарного лечения (взаимно дополняющие друг друга и составляющие определенное единство с клинических позиций) детского церебрального паралича (ДЦП), представленные в современной литературе. Среди них выделяют: метаболический, метамерный, интравентрикулярное введение баклофена, антиэпилептический (вагальная стимуляция, леветирацетам), акупунктурный, остеопатический, транскраниальную церебральную микрополяризацию, эпидуральную стимуляцию, модифицированную терапию движением, индуцированным ограничением (MCIMT), терапию стволовыми клетками, а также некоторые другие паллиативные подходы к коррекции клинических проявлений различных форм ДЦП. Представлено отношение доказательной медицины к основным методам комплементарного лечения ДЦП, которое основано почти исключительно на международных систематических обзорах и мета-анализах.
