  The fourth version of the manual (the third was published in 1994) is revised and supplemented. It presents information essential for basic terminological education of future pharmacists.The Latin language is presented in its associations with the theoretical and practical fundamentals of pharmaceutical terminology. For the first time this book offers historical and theoretical information on the program and practical introduction of International non-patent drug names into medical and pharmaceutical sciences, legislative documents, etc. Information on commercial names of drugs has been supplemented.
  The structure of the manual is modified. This version for the first time offers a list of Latin aphorisms with Russian translation.
