The monograph deals with the
anatomic topographic features of eyelids and the clinical and morphological
signs of their age-related changes. The author formulates a differential
approach to, indications for, and contraindications to esthetic
blepharoplasty and combined surgery. Both the conventional and original
effective procedures of esthetic blepharoplasty are described in detail.
Objective criteria for assessing the findings are considered. A large
section is dedicated to the postoperative period and various complications.
