  This is the first book in the Russian literature, which deals with vascular anomalies that impair urodynamics in the pelvocalyceal system. Based on the analysis of a great number of cases of different types of vascular anomalies that are a course of a pelvocalyceal conflict, the authors present their own classification.
  X-ray, radioisotopic, ultrasonic, and morphological studies have allowed the authors to elucidate many issues of the etiology and pathogenesis of these common diseases. Diagnostic methods have been developed and indications for medical and surgical treatments are substantiated. The high percent of positive results obtained in the late follow-up periods confirms the correctness of chosen treatment policy.
