The journal covers
urgent problems of current traumatology and orthopaedics, publishes experimental and
clinical data, diagnostic techniques and treatment results related to locomotor traumas,
articular degeneration, vertebral pathology, metabolic octeoplasty, systemic skeletal
diseases, and tumors. Reviews of literature, lectures, information on meetings and
congresses are presented. The journal is addressed to traumatologists, orthopedists,
surgeons, scientists, and practitioners.
The journal was founded in 1994 and is published 4 times a year.
