Новый подход к оперативному лечению болезни Пейрони

Представлены результаты клинических наблюдений больных с болезнью Пейрони. У 4 пациентов после внутрибляшечной терапии верапамилом и интерфероном и у 1 пациента в результате злокачественного течения заболевания развилось укорочение полового члена. Потеря длины органа составляла от 30 до 50%. Пациентам была выполнена лоскутная корпоропластика с одномоментным эндопротезированием полового члена. На основании наблюдения этой небольшой, но чрезвычайно тяжелой и показательной группы пациентов с болезнью Пейрони авторы пришли к следующим выводам: 1) проведение внутрибляшечных инъекций трудновыполнимо, неконтролируемо и может спровоцировать прогрессирование заболевания; 2) длительная консервативная терапия с целью стабилизации активной стадии болезни Пейрони может привести к потере длины полового органа; 3) при злокачественном течении заболевания и прогрессирующем укорочении полового члена хирургическая тактика оправданна, несмотря на активную фазу заболевания.
