СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ СТРИКТУР ПИЩЕВОДА У ДЕТЕЙ ПРИ БУЛЛЁЗНОМ ЭПИДЕРМОЛИЗЕ

В обзоре представлены современные методы лечения и профилактики стриктур пищевода при буллёзном эпидермолизе у детей. Стриктуры пищевода при буллёзном эпидермолизе негативно сказываются на общем состоянии, нутритивном статусе больных и качестве их жизни. Обсуждаются преимущества и недостатки основных методов, используемых в лечении стриктур пищевода у больных БЭ: консервативной, внутрипросветной реканализации, хирургические операции. Описаны особенности анестезиологического пособия у пациентов с буллёзным эпидермолизом. Показано, что баллонная дилатация стриктур пищевода под эндоскопическим или рентгеноскопическим контролем является оптимальным методом лечения больных. При рефрактерных стенозах пищевода у детей с тяжелой формой буллёзного эпидермолиза, задержкой развития и нарушениями нутритивного статуса, рекомендуется проводить гипералиментацию через гастростому.
